Booking & Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Payments are processed securely through Paystack. A caution deposit of ₦50,000 is required with every booking and is refunded after checkout, subject to inspection.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before check-in are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of check-in may receive a booking credit or cash refund minus a ₦2,025 processing fee. Event bookings are non-refundable for the stay amount; credit may be issued instead.

Check-in Requirements

Guests must complete KYC verification by providing valid government-issued identification. Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 12:00 PM.

Guest Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for the apartment and its contents during their stay. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear may be deducted from the caution deposit or billed separately. All guests must adhere to our house rules.

Limitation of Liability

Shortlet Management Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking in question.
